Shipping Info
All orders will be shipped from Minnesota, USA within two weeks of placing.

Estimated Delivery Times:
USA: 3-7 Days
Canada: 10-14 Days
Rest of world: 12-24 Days

For pre-orders:
We try our best to give an accurate estimate of when the item will ship, but manufacturing times can vary greatly - please bear this in mind when you place your pre-order.

Claims:
If your item hasn't arrived or shipped yet, we advise that you do not file a PayPal claim and please contact us at our email or social media outlets and we can resolve the problem with you. If you PayPal Claim, we cannot ship out your item until the claim is dropped.

About Incorrect Addresses:
We get many of packages redelivered to us due to incorrect addresses so we advise you check your address before ordering in order to get your merch as fast as possible!

Return Policy
We do not offer returns.

If there is a defect in your product, feel free to contact us using the contact button on our page or at our email (see below) and we will be happy to resolve it.

If a tape has arrived in good condition but is missing something, we cannot refund you the full price and can only do a partial refund or send a replacement item if we have any left.

Before sending a replacement item or refunding it is essential that we get a video/photo of the defect in the product or else we will not replace or refund.

Orders that have arrived more than 90 days ago that have defects in them aren't eligible for a replacement or refund.
